I tailor all advertising to fit the property. Buyer profiles are created in order to TARGET MARKET the property. I will create and provide a list of ad placements, to best illuminate your property and set it apart from other similar properties, from open houses (when appropriate), to color brochures and special supplement advertising (such as Wall Street Journal, Sotheby’s International offices, color brochures in the offices of the Sotheby’s Auction Houses. Within 24 hours of inspecting the property, I will design a market analysis and comprehensive marketing plan for your consideration.
